LARGE BALL

The large ball is a wonderful way to add dynamic movements and a
cardiovascular aspect to a Pilates session. Use the ball to challenge
strength, balance and stability in seated, wall work, prone and supine
exercises. This repertoire is ample to design a full one hour class for
all levels. Notes are provided.
